London based Portuguese DJ/producer Filipe Galante, aka PIXEL 82 followed the release of tracks on CO2 Recordings and Bloop Records with the release of his greatly acclaimed Electric Shock EP and Kiss the Future EP on his own LDR.
Besides his own DJ and live work and original productions, PIXEL82 has remixed such outstanding and diverse artists as Freddie Mercury (“Love Kills”), Kylie Minogue (“Boombox” | “WoW”) and Anderson Noise (“Londrina”), and has been remixed by Monoroom. During this, he has also worked as a sound designer for performances, dance and films, namely for Channel 4.
Busy with his new EP “House Ya”, he just finished producing the next single for dance diva Billie Ray Martin, while playing live as a dj and live act both in the UK and in Portugal in outstanding clubs such as Cargo, Rex, Fluid, Computer Blue, Nuke Them All (UK) and Lux, Industria, Plano B (PT).
His track PingPong has also just been licensed to "Carl Cox Ultimate" compilation for Ministry of Sound|Universal.
He is currently about to release his new EP "HouseYa" on LDRecords and present it with gigs in London and Porto in April and May
